The following are our terms and conditions of sale:

Shipping: Tammii Twister’s Magic Factory aims to provide fast delivery of your orders. Orders received before 4:00 PM are generally shipped the same day as they are received. In the event that we cannot make immediate shipment, we will notify you by the method the order was placed. Orders received after 4:00 PM PST will not be shipped until the following business day. Unless specified otherwise, orders will be sent using regular post, and cost for postage and handling will be paid by the customer.

Claims: All shipments are carefully packed. Occasionally, merchandise is shorted or damaged in transit. When shipments are delivered, please check the shipment for shortages or damages. We are not responsible for merchandise once it has left our shop. All claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with the Postal Company within 10 days of receipt. If products arrive damaged from shipping, you need to file a claim with the carrier who delivered the package(s). Save the package and contact the carrier immediately.

The following items are non-returnable: all digital and analog media (DVDs, CDs, eBooks, Videos, etc.), special order items and sale items. Defective digital and analog media may be exchanged for the same title only.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges on all return shipments.

We offer exchange only, no cash refunds. We will only exchange goods which we believe to be either defective or damaged when purchased the items must be unopened and complete.
